The Portland Trailblazers have been a disappointment overall this season, despite the fact both C.J. McCollum and Damian Lillard are both averaging more than 20 points per game. But the Pacific Northwest's team still puts on some great moves, including this crazy over the backboard oop from Tim Frazier to Noah Vonleh. Sure, the Blazers still lost 109-96, but hey, it's a good highlight.
